Creating a 1kaya account is free and takes under 2 minutes. Go to the Register and fill in the form with your username, full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, email address, and a strong password. After submitting the form, you will receive a 6-digit OTP code via SMS to verify your phone number. Enter the code, make your first deposit from as little as RM 20, and your account is ready to use. A welcome bonus of up to RM 588 will be credited automatically after your first deposit.

The minimum age to register and play on the 1kaya platform is 18. This is a policy we enforce strictly with no exceptions. 1kaya uses automated verification systems and manual checks to identify underage registration attempts. Log in to your 1kaya account and go to "Profile Settings" or "Account Security". From there, select "Change Password", enter your current password, then enter your new preferred password. Confirm the change via the OTP sent to your Malaysian phone number. If you have forgotten your current password, use the "Forgot Password?" function on the Log In to reset your password via email or SMS.

For security purposes, changing the phone number or email address on your 1kaya account requires additional identity verification. Log in to your account, go to "Profile Settings" and select the information you wish to update. This withdrawal of your remaining balance typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will not be refunded. 1kaya does not charge any processing fees or hidden charges for deposits. The amount you enter is the full amount that will be credited to your 1kaya account in MYR.
